FACILITIES & BOOKING

Our facilities include an indoor show barn, grassy courtyard, livestock barns, rodeo grounds, 5-acre field, and Community Event Hall. All of which are available for public and private events and meetings. We also rent tables and chairs. Call our office for more information and please stop by to visit our facilities. Rental Spaces

Conference Hall: (max capacity 169 persons)

Spacious, empty room with polished concrete floors, beige walls, and a high ceiling. Large garage door on the right, windows and lights provide ample illumination.

Provided: Kitchenette that includes a full size refrigerator, sink and stove, tables / chairs, restrooms, heat/air conditioning, bathrooms

Rental Rates

  • Mon-Sun daily rate: $200.00
  • Mon-Sun 1/2 day rate: $100.00
  • Event Set Up/Take Down (full day): $150.00
  • Event Set Up/Take Down (half day): $75.00
  • Additions: Alcohol Fee: $100.00
    • Provider must abide by OLCC rules – nonrefundable.

Refundable Cleaning/Damage Deposit: $200.00

Rental Rates

  • Mon-Sun Daily Rate: $350.00
  • Mon-Sun 1/2 Day Rate: $175.00
  • Weekly Rate: $1400.00
  • Event Set Up/Take Down (full day): $150.00
  • Event Set Up/Take Down (half day): $75.00
  • Mon-Sun Daily Rate + Kitchen use: $400.00

Additions: Alcohol Fee: $100.00

  • Provider must abide by OLCC rules – nonrefundable. 

Refundable Cleaning/Damage Deposit: $350.00

  • Partial Day: $40.00

Additions: Alcohol Fee: $100.00

  • Provider must abide by OLCC rules – nonrefundable.

  • Mon – Sun (daily rate): $300.00
  • ½ day: $150.00
  • Weekly: $1,000.00
  • Livestock Barns: $100.00

Additions: Alcohol Fee: $100.00

  • Provider must abide by OLCC rules – nonrefundable. 

Refundable Cleaning/Damage Deposit: $300.00

Rodeo Grounds: (Arena and Grand Stands – seats approx. 1000)

Livestock events, additional bleachers available, announcer stand, chutes & corrals. Renter must provide sanitation facilities and portable restrooms.

  • Mon-Sun (daily rate without lights) $300.00
  • Mon-Sun (daily rate with lights) $500.00
  • ½ day rental (without lights) $150.00
  • ½ day rental (with lights)     $300.00
  • Chutes/Corrals (daily rate) $100.00

Additions: Alcohol Fee: $100.00

  • Provider must abide by OLCC rules – nonrefundable. 
  • Additional grooming of arena $50.00/hr
  • Horse Boarding: $15.00/night/horse
  • Additional Bleachers North & South per Event: $1,000

Refundable Cleaning/Damage Deposit: $300.00

Grass Area:

A large grass area that has surrounding benches and landscaping. Great for outside receptions, reunions, school functions, etc.

  • Mon – Sun (daily rate): $35.00

Additions: Alcohol Fee: $100.00

Refundable Cleaning/Damage Deposit: $30.00

Refundable Cleaning/Damage Deposit: $30.00

  • Mon – Sun (max 3 day event): $1,000.00

Additions: Alcohol Fee: $100.00

Refundable Cleaning/Damage Deposit: $500.00

Rental Rates Mon – Sun (daily rate):

  • Stage: $100.00 (set up and take down at Fairgrounds only)
  • Tables: $5.00 each
  • Chairs: $0.50 each
  • Trash Cans: $5.00 each

Additions:

  • Set up Fee: $50.00/hr.
  • Cleaning Fee: $50.00/hr.
  • RV Hook Up: $35.00/night

*If cleanup is completed by the Fair Grounds Staff, a cleaning charge will be deducted from the cleaning deposit. Additional charges may be incurred if time spent exceeds the deposit amount.
