- Vendor Registration Form: Click here to download, or pick up a copy from the OSU Extension-Baker County office at 2600 East Street from 8am-12pm or 1pm-5pm M-F
- Booth Fee-$50.00, electricity fee $25.00 (note that we will have limited electricity spaces available, so please return this form as soon as possible to reserve your space)
- Cash or Check ONLY. Payment is due in full no later than October 15, 2024, fees are non-refundable after this date.
- Health Certificate: Please contact the Baker County Health Department to comply with County and State regulations, call 541-523-8211.
- Vendors will need to provide a copy of their vendor insurance.
- We can provide (1) 8′ table and up to 2 chairs, but please bring your own pop-up tent, additional tables. Set up starts at 9am on Friday, October 25, please be ready by 10am.
- Email will be sent of map and location of your booth a couple days before.
- Booth Fee-$50.00, electricity fee $25.00 (note that we will have limited electricity spaces available, so please return this form as soon as possible to reserve your space)
- Pie Contest: REGISTER HERE
- Pies must be delivered to the Baker County Fairgrounds, Conference & Event Center by 11:45am on Saturday, October 26, 2024. Judging will be at noon, with winners announced approximately at 12:30pm.
- Any dessert pie is welcome! Bring your pie to the Baker County Fairgrounds, Conference & Event Center and your pie will be given a number, maintaining confidentiality of the bakers. Once your pie is entered, it becomes the property of Baker County Fairgrounds, Conference & Event Center and you will NOT get your pie back.
- Judges will award in three different categories: Taste, Presentation, and Judges Choice for Overall Winner.
Registration: $20 per pie. Please register in advance.

- Queso Contest: REGISTER HERE
- Queso must be delivered to the Baker County Fairgrounds, Conference & Event Center by 12:00pm on Saturday, October 26, 2024.
- There are three categories: Spicy, Mild, and Vegetarian. Main event is 1:00-3:00pm.
- We will provide tables, 2oz cups for serving, chips, and drinks.
Registration: $20 per entry. Please register in advance.
- Raffle Items: If you would like to donate a raffle item/basket, please reach out to Devon by email at coltond@oregonstate.edu or by phone at 541-523-6418. Donations will need to be delivered to the front office no later than October 15th. Everyone who attends the event will receive 1 raffle ticket, but more will be available for sale.
- 3 for $5.00, 5 for $10.00, or 10 for $20.00 and please pay by cash or check as we don’t have a credit card reader at this time.
