Friends of Fairgrounds Scholarship Application
Through fundraising and volunteer services, the Friends of the Fairgrounds, Baker City, Oregon, Inc. will provide financial support to the youth of Baker County. Multiple applicants may be accepted for a scholarship between $500 and $2000.
